    You need a fighting move Badly in there you
    could switch SD for FP in Usaring and stick a CB in it...
     
    or u could add a few grass and or flying moves but other then that it's a great team.

    Gligar and Togetic?Well, Gligar is immune two two types of attacks(Electric and Ground) Good luck making use of that...
     
    EFP, any fire type is good with overheat as long as you don't over use it.
     
    You never could count EVs, could you, Frostbite?
