So far I've learned that a lot of people gravitate towards letting me make the calls. I'm intelligent and perceptive enough and have a likable enough demeanor for it... though of course it's not like everyone likes me for that. Some people can't stand that 8D

But really, being in charge and being responsible is something I thoroughly enjoy, especially when it comes to management and conflict. Disarming conflict and tactfully nipping problems in the bud is an insanely difficult skill to master, but it not only brings a large feeling of accomplishment to me once done, it also validates me being in power – if there's something I can't stand it's irresponsible and bad leaders in charge. some people just aren't cut out for it.

I've found I'm capable of leading when necessary but I tend not to. I've learned though that you have to take orders sometimes from people you don't like giving you those orders.

It really depends on what it is. If its a school project, I gain the respect of my fellow classmates and they will elect me leader because they know I am a good student and stuff. And I can convince them pretty well.

I have always loved leading others. However, I can take orders just fine, as long as the leader respects my opinion and will listen to it.

I'm perfectly fine with just getting my voice heard and being questioned so that I know people are listening to me, but I have no problem with leading if need be. That being said I prefer to lead via delegation but if I want something done my way I have no problem taking charge and doing it exactly as I see fit. And if someone is standing in the way of what I see as progress, well, that's a mighty unfortunate situation for them.

I find that I'm perfectly fine in either scenario, although I prefer taking orders. I like being the person people can go to when they want to get something done and not have to worry about it. Although, if I am put in a leadership position, I can do well, but it depends. If it's more of a manager position, it can get kind of bland, but if it's more of a teaching position, I excel. I'm very patient when it comes to teaching, and it's one of my passions. I think it would be great being a teacher, but our education system stinks, and I don't think I could thrive in it.

ideally i'd rather take orders under a strong leader and do what's required of me to the best of my abilities. the only time i'll lead something is if no one else is willing to or if the person who is being leader sucks at it

I give orders at work, since I'm a lower-level supervisor. Higher managers give me orders, and I pass them along with the workers I'm supervising.

As much as giving orders to people is fun, I'd much rather take them.

I like to lead and I am definitely more comfortable leading than following. I like to think I'm a decent leader too (and I hope I am really because I often end up one). Thankfully I'm generally an alright follower too when I need to be, although I'm not a fan of following people if they're ideas are stupid.

Personally I'm pretty bossy and overbearing, but in a work environment I'm fine with being told what to do.

I am 50/50. I do take control when need be, but I also don't mind just following whatever someone else wants. Not because I enjoy it, but simply cause it saves me the stress of having to lead.

being a leader isn't just about shouting orders, js

i do enjoy being the leader, and luckily i often do because i'm usually the one who takes initiative within a group.

I have always preferred being the #2 to being the #1. The person on the sidelines gets all the fun of playing out various decisions and can make recommendations but when shit hits the fan it hits #1 first. But yes when I am unable to position myself as second I will position myself as first if I'm well suited to step up. I've had to boss people around a lot at work and it's basically just "Ok Jimmy do this" "Jimmy you aren't doing this" "JIMMY I'M LOSING MY PATIENCE" "go home Jimmy"

I am the one everyone looks to; I tend to be the one in control. It's in a very passive way, though, and not a position I intentionally got into. I participate in activities rather than lead, stay quietly on the edge until I am needed for something. But people turn to me for help, advice, opinions, comfort. idk. I tend to adopt the 'mother' role in any given group. But I prefer not to be truly in charge. I like being able to be heard and being respected in the way that I am, but I don't like organizing events and trying to herd people around. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I also like not having rules apply to me and doing things in my own way. chaotic good yo. So I'm a really good advisor and bridge between people but not a leader.

It's occasionally fun to be the one calling the shots. I'd say I've got a pretty good track record when I do.

I don't mind following another lead provided it's a good lead tho. And if it isn't you can expect that I'll be a stubborn little bitch about it. ;D

I give orders and follow orders. You cannot be a good leader if you can't take orders, or criticism.

More of a follower than a leader. However I can be quite pushy or nagging when it comes to suggestions.
