I've fallen asleep in school a handful of times, but not a whole lot honestly. I'm pretty good at staying awake when necessary, and if I have that much trouble, I go lay in bed :P

I fell asleep at school once (well more than once obvi) and when I woke up the principal was sitting in the classroom

Heh, I've fallen asleep plenty of times in school, or at least started nodding off. Most of it was during college though, where the professors didn't seem to care too much; and the one time I did it before then, it was in a high school class of mine where the only person who seemed to notice, or at least made mention of it, was the kid who sat next to me.
"Hey, do you realize you fell asleep yesterday?"
gee I had no idea thanks for telling me.

    Anyway.

Most ridiculous place for me though would probably be my floor. On purpose. Because I could. Just give me a pillow or even just a blanket and I was golden. Actually I don't remember much of why, I think it might have had something to do with how long my headphone cord was and where that computer was and how it didn't quite reach to my bed even though my bed was right there and I wanted to listen to music while lying down doggonit! It's been enough years that I don't remember details.

I was pretty much able to fall asleep anywhere I wanted. Probably still can. Except on my desk. The way it's positioned, I really can't even rest my head on it without many problems. The chair I sit in though, that's another story...

    Does work count?

In a tote at work while standing up.

I didn't get sleep the night before, so when I was at work, I fell asleep while I was consolidating totes for orders. I opened a tote, lifted it up so that I could place my head inside, and fell asleep for probably two minutes before something inside me told me to wake the fuck up.

I once fell asleep... on the train... standing up...

I had no idea how that happened.

I fell asleep in the middle of a cafe once as a child, but I dont really fall asleep in weird places. Sometimes I fall asleep in front of my computer with the lights on.

Edit: I actually fell asleep on my bathroom floor once a really long time ago. I had neck pains the next day.

The floor is an unusually comfortable place to sleep. Up until about two or so years ago I would opt out of sleeping on my bed and just curl up in a ball on the floor to sleep. I don't know what changed though. Probably just got tired of getting yelled at for not sleeping in my bed. Other than that I've fallen asleep just about everywhere besides work. I remember in first or second grade I fell asleep on the toilet at school and apparently the teacher hadn't actually been listening when I said I was going to the bathroom so then about an hour and a half later the police showed up and everyone thought I had run away and been kidnapped or something. I don't remember.

slept in my desk chair curled up
slept in study hall in the tiny desks while sitting indian style (feet under my knees) 2 wich i often woke up havin a leg completely entropied (and yes, i did fall as soon as i stood up) fer a few min
slept in class a few times
slept on the bus home once

almost fell asleep in the shower once, which was gnarly. I've fallen asleep in school a handful of times but I usually don't do it in the middle of classes. I fell asleep in a study hall last year because I was sick. I don't fall asleep anywhere too crazy.

I fell asleep on a desk at school once. But not, like, sitting in a chair with my head on the desk. Completely on top of the desk like it was a bed. A really uncomfortable bed. It was during this after school hours extra curricular thing.

The prime location would probably be at school - there was one particularly nasty incident where I got called out on dozing off and had to move to the front of the class, on top of being instructed by the teacher to bring a pillow if I want to go to sleep in class... First off, I don't have that kind of space (not to mention that rigorous math tends to make me tired daily), and second point, does one really have to go to all that trouble to single out drowsy people within a class? >:( It's not like they are bothering anyone (unless they are snoring...?); just continue on normally with the math lecture and let us be done with it already. I'm not trying to be rude, but if I'm tired, I'm tired...sheesh. :/

So, yeah, any sort of "sit still; lecture format" area is a culprit if I just lack the energy to keep awake, even if it is the most interesting of subjects.

Also, I have made it a point to never fall asleep solo on a bus or train... The Lost! episode from Arthur was just very unnerving in my youth.. :x

I fell asleep on hardwood floor once. I was drunk, and to me the hard floor was comfortable like a pillow at one point.

    On a train while standing and in a street while walking home, it all happened during my teenage years. {XD}

I've fallen asleep at restaurants after eating, during the midnight firework display at New Year's, in the middle of the day during school camps and on the floor. Also on trains to and from school but I consider that pretty normal!

I recall falling asleep floating around on a float in the pool once! Not the safest thing to do might I add...
