See more info at serebii.net it goes into greater depth, but yeah this event seemed awesome except for two big problems that make it almost worthless:
1. Kotone/Hibiki is with you which kills the whole mood ...
2. Giovanni is as weak as a ball of turd and for an event he should have been a lot stronger.
