    What in the world am I doing up at 3:34 AM in my time zone? I don't even have an alarm clock. and that brings me to another question. how come on school days, a teenagers parents have to drag thier kid out of bed, while on NON school days, the kids are up early... I'M a teenager and I can't answer that

    this is call "common teen Syndrom"

    I'm no teen but I have a similar problem. o_o; Actually, when a Teen or pre-teen sleeps on a school day he is unhappy because he/she knows/thinks about studying and the trouble of school. WHILE on a weekend the person sleeps happy. And when you sleep happy you get up early. -bows to all-

    1. You are breathing, heart beating, respiring and living
    2. Maybe not liking schools, and watch TV programe on NON school days.

    (I usually wake up at 10o'clock in non school days :p)

    Well, I think it happened to me and I experienced it.
    One time, I thought I had school the next day I woke up 12:00pm. Luckily there wasn't any school that day.
    On weekends, I get up at 8:30 to 9:00. I wanted to sleep more because I can but when I try sleeping again, I can't.

    I've found that I can sleep for less time and feel more rested if I wake naturally than if I sleep a long time than am forcably woken up by something/someone...and if you're trained to wake up early, you ususally wake up naturally at the time that you would most likely be woken up by your alarm/parents, give or take 30 minutes to an hour, and when that happens to me I feel just fine...it all comes down to being woken up naturally as opposed to forceably.

    no matter what time i goto sleep, i ALWAYS get up at 5:45 AM for some reason...

    x_X;;

    I wake up at about 6 no matter what. Even if I'm still up when the clock hits 4 AM... sleep is an odd thing...

    I think this is fine. I guess it's sort of a discussion on internal alarm clocks. o_O

    When I was younger, as in, around the age 11 or 12, my parents used to have to literally drag me out of bed in the mornings at 8 because I wouldn't want to wake up. On weekends and days off, however, I'd be up at 7 am. I think it's just easier to get up when you're happy about what the day will deliver.

    However... now it's the complete opposite. I wake up at 5:45 am every morning on weekdays, 7:30 am on Saturdays (I've got class on Sat.), and I sleep in until noon on Sundays since it's my only day off. On other days when I have nothing to do, I sleep in until noon as well. I guess it depends on the person and their goals to whether or not they can get up well in the morning. o.o

    Eh, I get up early either way. I usually wake up early no matter what, unless I am extremely tired, or have just came from a huge party, and feel like not doing much of anything. I just wake up early either way pretty much

    O.o

    I guess I'm Opposite Man. On school days, I manage to wake myself up at 5:20, take a shower and get dressed before going downstairs. But on weekends, I sleep until 10:00 and I go downstairs (still in my pajamas) and my mom is like, "where were you? I called you down for breakfast an hour ago?!?"

    Uuuuuuuh, I am an insomniac so I sleep all day XD. It seems weird to some people but it has its advantages like uhh I dont have school I am home schooled every night from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm XD. For some reason my wake up time is always 5:00 pm even if I stay up till 4:00 pm I think that if you wake up at one time enough your body becomes trained so that it is supposed to wake up at that time this is just a theory though (and a popular 1 at that XD).
