    :( Okay, so I have a Gameshark for GBA and SP ( from Mad Catz)
    I used this cheat code, so I could have all the badges ( stupid Code!) And it worked,
    But for some reason, The man in Slateport city won't take the Devon Goods, he says the boat was finished.
    So now, team Aqua just stand there at the museum, and they stay there.
    And now, I can't beat them at there secret lair, and go to mossdeep, and those island.( I'll never beat the game!!!)
    :surprised Do any of you have a way so I can beat them at the museum? Or a code to Warp/fly to Mossdeep?

    If you can't figure it out, then in hinesight you shouldn't of cheated[i have cheated in silver, but that was to get Celebi an infinite master balls].
     
    I think it's because you didn't go through the storyline events from earlier in the game. The only solution I can think of would be to pretend you don't have all eight badges (even though you do) and just go through the events from earlier in the game.

    The only surefire solution would be to start a new game.
     
    i have to agree with restarting the game but maybe if you type the code in again it might revers itself. just a theory

    Yeah you will have to start again to fix that sorry.
     
    Cheating never pays off, the best suggestion I could give you (like everyone else) is to start over again. I know it might be hard, but keep an open mind about it.
