if you have lv 9 mew if it works on the gts

You can't offer a Lv. 9 Mew over the GTS, the GTS doesn't accept pkmn under the possible level, that's why people request that Mew when cloning. And that Mew needs to be a hack to exist, you can't request a hacked pkmn here.

level 9 and under mews are hacked and

1. not allowed to be traded here

2. it won't let you trade them out on the GTS.
