I need a Strategy

I need a good strategy for beating Wattson. I am really stuck on him right now. You see, I can get rid of Voltorb and Electrike but when I get to Magneton I can't seem to do much damage to him at all. This is what I have:

Grovyle Level 23
-Pursuit
-Screech
-Absorb
-Quick Attack

Vigoroth Level 22
-Scratch
-Yawn
-Encore
-Slack Off

Kirlia Level 22
-Calm Mind
-Confusion
-Double Team
-Teleport
