3rd Gen I need help finding Latios

I've been trying for about three days, almost non-stop. Any tips?

Coffe would help. I stayed up all last night looking. I just found a good guide, So I think I'll have it by tomorrow.

Wewt! I did it. It took about ten minutes. Go to slateport, have a pokemon between level 35 and 40, use a max repel. Go in the grass for a minute or two, then go in the bike path gatehouse thing. go back out and into the grass. repeat until you catch it. ^^;
