i'm having trouble with finding out where ther sky pillar is... can you only find it after beating the elite 4? If so where is it exactly?

After beating the E4, surf & look somewhere in the middle of route 131, west of Pacifildog town. Bring your Mach bike too.

Well, you were partly right. It is east of Pacifidlog Town on Route 131.

But you are right about one thing! Next time use Simple Questions using the link Rolling Pichu gave you, or the link in my sig.
