4th Gen I need help

I can't move up to a town because some Psyducks are blocking the path. How do I move them?

And how do you get the 5th gym leader to appear in the gym? >_<

you need to get the secret potion from cynthia, i dont remember exactly where she is but I think she is in a pokemon center somewhere... idk, I just remember that somewhere around that point in the game you need to walk into the contest tent thingy...

i dont remember the answer to your second question either :(

Okay. For the first part, you need to have gone to get the medicine from Cynthia. She gives it to you outside at one of the lakes (I can't remember the name, but it's the one south of Veilstone City). You feed it to the Psyducks and they scramble... xD

And you can't fight the 5th gym leader until you've done so. Then you need to follow that path and go and defeat Team Galaxy members up at the next town. Then the old woman will tell you something to do with the D/P legends and as you don't have Surf yet, she'll give it to you and tell you to fight the 5th gym for the badge to use it.
