4th Gen I need some help

Ok. So in the cave to the Pokemon League there is a guy standing in front of (what I think) is the exit of the cave. Everytime I talk to him he's all like, "Let me measure up up......"

Anyways, how can you make that guy move. What do you have to do?

you dont have to be there yet, the way to the pokemon league is another route. behind the gate he is blocking you find some strong trainers and wild pokemon and you need to be there for shaymin

Oh I didn't know that. I've been all through the cave and haven't found an exit. I guess I must be skipping it.

Yeah you're close to the end, just not quite there.
Oh and that guy moves when you have the national dex if you ever plan on returning :)

i really have no idea if this makes sense.. but from that blocked gate you must go left again, jump down one of those things, go right, up something, and then north again... probably this made no sense.. just a flash back

By the way, that guy is blocking the entrance to Route 224. There you can catch some pokemon that will help you complete your dex. The pokemon are like Duskull, Dusclops, Beautifly, and Chatot. There is a grass patch where it makes it EXTREMELY easy to chain and catch shinies. This is where I caught a shiny chatot.
