^ However, there aren't any Pokeflutes in Silver version, so that answer's not very helpful. (and also, always use at least four words per post, please. Ellipses don't count towards the minimum limit).
As for the question: since there aren't any Pokeflutes available, you'll need to use the radio in the PokeGear instead. You need the PokeFlute station - and in order to get that you'll need to have fixed the situation at the Power Plant in Kanto, and then go to the Pokemon Tower in Lavender Town. Talk to the gentleman standing at the top wall, and he'll give you a card that will allow you to access radio stations in Kanto (one of which is the PokeFlute station). Use that to wake Snorlax up.
