I Want Awnsers! All Webbies Who Might Know Stuff, Come Here!

    Ok, apparently there is a little feud going on, involving 3 sites.
    Victory Road
    Pokemon Source
    and Pokemon Village

    Anyways fow awhile now alot of stuff has been flowing around, bad comments and threats and such, PokeVillage is all pissed because PokeSource moved and I bought a new domain and i am hosting it myself(no one knows the url yet). I am expanding, I am still having Victory-road.net for topsites and forums, and new domain for other. and he got all pissed off and supposedly told SIVPH and The-Apcc, and Maybe Zapchu, and im sure others that he wants all of out affiliates to drop us, and he wants my site, especially destroyed, he wont respond to my AIMs so I am bringing it here publicly, I want to know what people know, and who knows it, why all of this sudden hate for me especially? It feels like ppl are being shady all around me alot now. Im sure some ppl ive talked to have left some stuff out, i just want to get stuff straight.

    People have also accused me of taking advantage of people . . . If anything, people take advantage of me! Just a short list of stuff i have done for other webbies . . . 3 inparticular sites

    PokeVillage
    - Layout
    - Tons of buttons
    - Tons of splashes
    - Anything he wanted help with

    PokeSource
    - Help re-designing/organising layout
    - Being helpfull whenever I can
    - Navigation Images

    The Apcc
    - New layout(never used,but spent tons of time on it)
    - over 30 misc navigation images

    And just the other day I didnt even know a webbie and gave help(maybe PSB? im not sure)

    But I just want to get some stuff straight and some questions awnsered. Please dont hold nothing back if somone told you to, I want the truth for once. I think i deserve it.

    Hey! My site is mentioned :) VR is right :( Let's see... I dont like WAR... If there's going to be a war... I'll join but that doesnt interest me.

    Anyways.. about saying **** about me and VR, I think it's true since I have the full conversatiion. It's highly stated that, PV wants VR site dead *Or was that me?* I don't know exactly who he's talking about.

    Well... I hold the key!

    Anyways... I got to get busy with my site again :)

    i wasn't aware of anything, i wasn't told to drop any affiliates. o_O; i have no idea what's going on.

    i don't think anyone takes advantage of anyone. i think its just that people/other webmasters don't want to get involved.
     
    Heh.. I dont take advantage on VR. I only ask him once and that was last year :P aside from that I do my own image etc...

    I dont want to get involved to this but I guess Im involved now :P
     
    I definately know how it feels to be taken advantage of.. I have about 25 hours worth of layouts just sitting on my computer, because people wanting me to make them, and then didn't want them. I worked hard on FOUR layouts, 2 buttons, 2 splash pages for a *cough* particular person, and they have used only one, and paid for none. Layouts are HARD work, and all they care about is getting more money, and aparently keeping it, cuz he didn't give me any yet.
    I could understand why pkmnvillage would be mad if you just dropped him instantly as a host, but things change, and stuff happens. But I just don't think it's fair when people do stuff for another person and don't get proper payment/acknoledgment, etc.
    This is why I'm keeping JP on my site for now even though people keep offering to host it.
     
    Wait... I'm a webby that knows stuff! I know why the sky is blue (well not anymore thanks to the pollution)! The grass is green (what grass? all I see is fields of weeds) and why the air is fresh (*cough* I can't breath!) Anyhow, I am very thankful for all Victory Road has done for me. He is a great friend and affiliate and I just wish that all this could be solved, so Poke Village, please just talk to both of the guys and work this out because fighting benifits no one.

    Poke Village is a great guy too, he hosts files for tons of Pokemon sites and if it wasn't for him, half the Pokemon community would have shut down. I am very grateful for his generosity because he hosts files for me too. His server is down again though...
     
    No fighting here... A public forum isn't the place for that. Go get a (chat) room and work it out privately.
    And I'd not be dropping an affiliate site just cause someone told me to, heh.
