I see people with edited Trainers' Eyes things. And people hacked PKMN games so they can recreate them. Can someone please tell me how to do one or both of these things, I really want to know how to make the Trainers Eyes thing especially. Here is a sample from someone elses sig.

What you need is a GBA emulator that lets you take screenshots. Then, you will need a graphic editor program, like photoshop or paint shop pro to edit the images...there, you can change the color and the text in the img.
