Idea for member of the month!

    Well i was thinking just for member of the month winner that they should maybe have a colred bolded name?No appearance on the forum leaders though, just a kinda recognition for being elected in a way.

    Then the next month whoever wins that goes into the member of the month usergroup and the old one goes back to the regular registered members group.So what do you all think?
     
    That's a nice Idea but that's the staff choice.
     
    I think this was brought up before. Anyway, we've already got the concept of President and Vice President... which is basically an extended version of MOTM. =\ If we had a rotating member with a coloured username every month, it would definitely get confusing. I think it's overwhelming for new members with all the usergroups right now as it is. o.o I think just the bragging rights is good enough. @@;
     
    Well, what if you already are a mod? you have a colored name... =3 oh I supposed you could change the name xD that might work!
     
    Yeah, I know it's the staffs choice lol, That's why i posted it public instead of Pming it to an admin or something.

    Anyone notice my post? *points* We've already got the Presidency and Vice Presidency, so I don't think we need any other indicators of popularity on PC. x_x

    Besides, Steve told us we had a lot of usergroups and doesn't seem to want any more. o_O

    Yeah, it was just for fun really ^^.I'd give up my usergroup for it lol.j/k lol.JKaizer would flip if our group was erased lol.
     
    We already have P/VP though, which is enough without having a new member coloured every month ^^;
    I'd rather keep it to P and VP, which is a more publically known event, and more limited that just voting every month
     
    True, but not many people read the MotM so it would be good merit for them. ^^ Maybe just an italic colour like the Community Supporters group?
     
    With MOTM we'd have to run ip checks every single month ^^; plus it wont be as well known as P/VP so not an many people will know/want to vote
    We have presidency every 6-7months which is enough IMO ^^;
