    Hey.

I reeeally want a competitive team, so I decided to EV train them!

But, I need to know :

    *What berries wipe EV's?
*Is it possible to EV train without wiping EV's?

    Thanks to whoever answers!

I'm not sure about the berries, but you don't need them if you train right.

Just keep track of which Pokemon you are defeating, heh. If you are training in Defence in Iron Mountain, fight Graveler and run from Golbat. In that way you just get the Defence EV's....

    its berries # 21 - 26
    -Hp = Pomeg
    -Atk = Kelpsy
    -Def = Qualot
    -SAtk = Hondew
    -SDef = Grepa
    -Spd = Tamato

^ theres the berries for ya, and if you want a good competetive team you might consider IV and nature breeding this way you can get some stat bonuses and a beneficial boost for a specific stat, now ev training, everytime you battle you gain ev's, each stat can only have 252 ev's, and all together a pokemon can only have 510 ev's, in each battle depending on the pokemon you battle you will gain diff amounts of evs, for example if you ever fight a blissey or chansey, forgot which one, you will get more ev's towards the pokemon you're trainings health than you would've if you fought like a machamp or something, macho brace will double(i think) the amount of ev's you get and pokerus will double it as well, so if you have both of these you will gain ev four times as fast

-hope i helped, even if a little

Before airconditioning unleashes a can of whoop-ass on you, go to the compiled 4th gen guide in the strategies and movesets section. It explains everything on EVs

It didn't exactly say which berries reduce EVs in any of the guides.

And yeah, its possible to EV train without the berries if you keep track of them okay.

Actually, I didn't read that post at all- I don't like walls of text. But here's the Compiled Guides if the OP needs it.

Anyway, OP, on your second question, yes, it's possible to EV train without wiping the EVs. Just start training with a Pokemon that has no EVs, such as a newly hatched or newly caught Pokemon that hasn't been in a battle. Newly hatched is preferable, since it allows you to start with IV- and nature- bred Pokemon.
