I'm sorry if I sound like a total noob but dose anyone know where to find Volume 17?

    I agree. Ican't find the stupid thing anywhere! The manga PWNS though!!!!!
     
    I just don't understand why they have the FireRed/LeafGreen arc out and translated but not the Ruby and Saphire arc.
     
    1. Benji and Milk liek the FR/LG Series better than R/S.

    In my opinion I don't like R/S, or the game.

    The truth is, Kitori is scanning Volume 17 (but she's a little busy, so it might be a while), so we've skipped that volume. ^^
     
    She's after the 2nd (VS Donphan).

    And... are Emerald and FRLG arcs the coninue of RS, or I can read EFRLG before RS?

    I have this same question. I don't feel like reading R/S, but I want to read Fr/Lg. I don't want to miss anything important by not reading R/S. ;_;
     
    Why humilitating ? And my friend said she read the R/S here once,but the topic is gone. I registered for the main reason of asking why where 17~19 missing, and the same thing the person above me asked. I love this manga so much,as well as I've entered this forum everyday for checking on the manga's progress or reading it,I feel it's right for me to register. So, this is basically my questioning as well. Nicoleb has back and front covers, but Miss Kitori is scanning the rest. We can wait if nobody helps her,but are the FR/LG and Emerald arcs going to scanned or connected to Ruby/Sapphire? I really want to read the rest,but I can't stop reading the manga so I can read the next saga while I wait for Kitori's scans....It's nice to meet you all,by the way. :3

    In my opinion the FRLG saga is better than R/S and like some of you guys I would like to read it as well. I think that skipping ahead to FRLG before R/S would not cause any spoilers since they basically did not include any of the past characters in R/S nor did they include R/S on FRLG. The only spoiler would be chapter 302 where they mention that two "unknown" pokedex holders solved the crisis in hoenn.

    Besides I believe that the scans for the FRLG saga is not yet complete on this forum and R/S have a bigger chance of being complete since volume 17-19 are the only ones missing.

    One last thing I know its not my business but the guy that made a thread to ask for volume 20 and volunteered to scan 17-19? I know he broke the rules but would it have been better if you guys told him that volume 20 is available? Since he did volunteer to put up 17-19. This is only my opinion after all and sorry for the long post, I don't know where to post this since the forum has been less active
     
    I am interessed in reading Golden Boys. After I finish reading Emerald and have less exams. But they say Golden Boys,as good as the drawings can be, suddenly ends in abrutp manner after Cianwood,what would quite annoy me. So,I dunno if I'm going to read it ,but I'd like to give other Pokémon series a shot after I finish at least Emerald and FR/LG.

    Then, what about giving me some feedback. You guys really make me and my scanslation look useless. I'm not going to do the scanscription for myself.

    Yes, I am currently scanning the FRLG arc in this thread. I have volumes 26 and 27, so depending on my time and motivation the Emerald arc may be scanned in too...but these would be raws and someone is bound to come up with the Chuang Yi copies before the scanslation project can really launch, so I won't claim responsibility for those yet.

    And no, you can read ahead to FRLG without any spoilers. I started reading Vol.23 and 24 without even touching the RS arc, and I was fine =) Even the very first chapter (which starts in Vol.22) isn't that neccesary, because the main cliffhanger is reinforced in the opening of Vol.23 anyway. This goes for everyone who's been asking that question. I repeat, it is not neccesary to read RS before FRLG. RS just provides a little interesting background info to how the crystals (I won't spoil anymore) were formed.

    Ruby and Sapphire make an entrance at the end of Volume 27 though, so I guess you'd have to read RS before E...but I only have the RAW so I have no idea why lol.

    @Videofan9684: Yes, in my opinion FRLG > RS too. And I actually finished scanning vol.23 today, KazukiPP and I just have to edit and clean the scans a little before I can release them. So hey, this arc may actually be the one 'having a bigger chance to be completed' ;)
