Question: Im wondering if this is just me...

So basically usually for 10-15 mins a day this happens to me and its only on Pokecommunity so it says this at the top of the page at times:

So that just appears at the top of the page then if i try to click any link on the page it redirects me to this page:

So ya it gets annoying so is it my computer or is this a problem with PC?

It's an event with PC that occurs when we have too much traffic. If you see it, just go to another website for a while while we get back online.

I've noticed too. I just assumed it was because it's summer, and there's a lot of people still out of school and online.
