3rd Gen important question.

hey at all.

im new here and have a important question :

1. i make my own sprites and will write them on a rom. but after 3 or 4 importet pictures , the program (pokepic) sais , that it must expand the rom to write the new picture on it.
i always klick OK and go on in the numbers list. but when i go back to the picture i expand the rom for , is away . sometimes , there's a black screen or a green one.
can someone help me ?

2. is there anyway to create and put on a rom pokepics WITHOUT pokepic ??

i'm from germany , so please dont look at my mistakes in the text.
