Incense, Spoons, or Plates?

Now I can't tell the difference between the usefulness of these power-up items. What the hell is the difference between Twisted Spoon, Odd Incense, & the Mind Plate? I know they up Pshchic attacks, but by how much? Which should I use?

And these are just examples, does incense power up moves more that the respective items (Miracle Seed, Charcol, Hard Rock, etc), or should I use the Plates?

And I know the plates are also used for Arceus, as well, but I'm not worried about him.

none. if you really want to do well in battle, you should consider other items such as Choice Band/Scarf/Specs. boosting one potential move by 10%-20% is not worth it at all.
