4th Gen Infernape IV help

I restarted one of my Diamnod game karts yesterday andI just beat the 4th gym now and I though, hey, I just discovered Serebii's IV calculator, so why don't I plug in my Infernape's stats?

You won't believe what happened.

My Infernape has an Adamant nature(meh) and the calculator said that its speed, sp. attack and sp. defense's minimum and maximum and average were all 31. O.O Is that like, really, really rare?

did you count the ev's it gained from battle? ev's make iv's go higher, so they could be like 15-21 instead of 31. (because it was leveled up)

uhhh..I didn't think Evs made Ivs go up...is that really true? What I really want to know is this:

1. Is this really good/rare?
2. How can I make use of it?
3. Is it too late to make use of it?

well, infernape likes attack speed, and sp. attack mostly. and yes, becuase ev's affect stats when you enter the stats that have ev's in them without counting iv's, then it thinks it has no ev's, making a higher iv which is not the real one.

Yep. Your Infernape has ev's on it. That makes the Iv's go up when you calculate them.
In-Game anything is usable, but if you're planning to use it for Wi-Fi, I'd suggest rebreeding.

And to answer your question, expierienced breeders can usually get at the very least 3 31Iv's with the right nature. So, it's not really rare.
