when i come to this site throught bookmark or google, 70% of the time i get page could not be displayed error, then when i do get on i search around for more than 10-15 mins. i get it the error again
is it just me, cuz ive used diffrent computers too and i still get the error

the attack is maxing out the apache (web server) max connections.. so pages can't or won't load.
