[Other] Is it possible to expand the Storage System in Bill's PC of Fire Red?

I need this too for my patch, someone knows how do this?

It is possible. You just need to find some unused ram areas(I believe last few KiloBytes are free), expand saveblock3 structure, modify and possibly rewrite PC code and then make the game save all that new data in flash.
