[Other] Is there a Program to Modify Attack Descriptions?

There are a lot of Tools that can modify Attacks (for e.g. A-Tack, Attack Editor Pro etc.), like change their names, effects, PP, accuracy & a lot of other stuff, but the one thing no Attack Editor does (at least to my knowledge), is actually change the Attack Descriptions. Is there a program that can change Attack Descriptions as well, without Repointing anything?

PGE allows you to see the description but not change it. You will have to write them up yourself in a hex editor, put it in some free space and then use PGE to change the pointer to your new description.

Actually you can, with G3T for exemple :). Go in Tools and Tutorials ressources and look for G3T, made by Kurapika

Okay just wanted to know, can I just change the Attack Description Text (like you do on A-Text) to my liking, or is repointing needed?
