    any good cheat download systems that i could use to download deoxys or celeby?
     
    Cheat download systems? Do you mean cheat devices? You don't download those...o_o'

    Get an action Replay of a GameShark(I recommend AR). No, you cannot download those. If you get one request codes for it in our Code Request thread, thank you!
