Is this a good rain team?

I have grown very fond of weather teams, so I wanted to make one of my own. I decide to go with a rain team staring Mega Swampert. If you can suggest a better Pokemon or move set that would be a better fit, it you would be most appreciated. I will be using this team in the VGC format.

Damp Rock should be on Politoed, IMO, so that its rain gets extended to 8 turns.

Wash Rotom needs to be bulkier. 252 HP/44 Def/212 SAtk with a Modest nature lets it survive Mega Mawile's Play Rough. The missing slot can be filled by Will-o-Wisp:
    -Thunder
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Protect/Rest
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 212 HP/44 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Sitrus Berry/Chesto Berry

I don't know about Landorus on a rain team. I'd much sooner recommend a Steel type like Lucario to benefit from the extra fire resistance it gets from Rain.

    Something like:

    Lucario @ Expert Belt
    Ability: Justified
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly/Adamant Nature
    - Bullet Punch
    - Close Combat
    - Crunch
    - Protect

Therian Landorus is in the team to help lessen the team's dependence on rain. If Charizard Y comes in and eliminates rain with Drought and Politoed has been taken out, this team is going to struggle. Therian Landorus is pretty much needed as a backup way to take out Charizard Y with Rock Slide.

I made a few changes to the team. I gave Politoad a damp rock, made a few changes to Rotom and I switched Tornadus with Scizor.

I used the Rotom set you suggested, but I decided to add HP fire just for Ferrothorn.

    Rotom-Wash @ Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 55 Def / 201 SpA
    Modest Nature
    - Thunder
    - Hydro Pump
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Protect

Your lucario suggestion got me thinking on how i can fully utilize fire moves being weaker, so I decided to go with Scizor. He is able 2HKO those bulk grass types after a Swords Dance and I don't have another ice weakness. I gave him a really lows peed so he can be effective in trick room. Him already having low speed I really didn't think it could hurt.

    Scizor @ Life Orb
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 252 HP / 132 Atk / 124 SpD
    Brave Nature
    IVs: 0 Spe
    - Swords Dance
    - Protect
    - Bullet Punch
    - Bug Bite
