4th Gen Is this good?

    i have a rhyhorn with IVs 12/22/30/12/31/9
    i was wondering if i should keep this or keep trying for 31HP IVs
     
    For competitive battling, you'll need 31 IVs.

    Don't worry about it, I've seen people take out Mewtwo with a Drifblim with horrible stats in competitive play. If you're determined enough you can win anything.
     
    That doesnt really answer his question on what the actually are, but the FAQ at the top of the page does (AKA he should go there :)).
    And mewtwo defeated by driblim? I know EVing is important but i can see that happenening lol
