    in kanto above the kanto pokemon federation bikers theres a building thats locked and i cant read the sign for info about it so could anyone help me out with whats in there and how i get there

    If the one you're talking about is to the left of Lavendar Town or to the right of Celadon,

    That door leads to the Underground path between Lavendar Town and Celadon (RBY), there's a message by the one near Celadon.
    And there's no way in there.
