Well, I just looked at the moves Eevee can learn (I was on Serebii.net for that info), and I just put what moves woud work well together... erm... together. XD

It would really depend on what the environment and the time of day is. Eg. An eevee that lives by the sea is most likely going to evolve into a Vaporeon. There are mentions in thier dex entry that they evolve to fit thier surrounds so they might be able to evolve into thier elemential forms without stones if the presense of enough of a certain element type or things related to thier element type are there.

For me, I would think a Leafeon. Since it has to be in the forest to evolve into that, and we have lots of(Okay, not losts) forest where I live.
