Okay, for those of you who haven't heard, Yoshiki and Gackt are forming a band called SKIN. Sugizo is also in the band.
It was announced at J-rock revolution in L.A that Miyavi is also going to be in this band, and is the final member.

SKIN—the freshly minted J-rock group featuring Yoshiki, Gackt, Miyavi, and Sugizo—is scheduled to debut at Anime Expo in 2007. More details are forthcoming.
