But it seems the Shoyru Incident was in fact MY IP but not me.

I am glad he was banned. We are what you call frienemies. We talk, but we aren't what you would call good friends. I think chaos and drama follow him, or they other way around, but whichever way, it's not. He keeps being banned for a reason, and it's not to keep getting leeway and being unbanned. *cough*I hope this is final, and he will stop getting his IP changed by certain MODs so that he can rejoin under other accounts. *ouch*
