jiggly puff and ash

im not sure if this is in the right place but i read somewhere that jiggly puff was second inline after pikachu as ashes partner and first pokemon.

what that be like and would pokemon be as big as it is if jiggly piuff beat pikachu? please reply.

yup,jigglypuff is the second inline for pikachu...however,i stil wil be choose pikachu instead of jigglypuff although jigglypuff is kind of cute...even actually there is a manga about ash main pokemon is jigglypuff instead of pikachu ^^
