    For Netbattle

Meh I am hopeless with this gen. I immediately notice all the pokes are physical based. They had Choice Bands then? I'm not keen on Focus Punch on Heracross, maybe go Brick Break? Why Thunder on Starmie when TBolt can be used? Also, change Sludge Bomb on Metagross, as it only counters grass, which is not at all a threat to Metagross, go Psychic or Thunderpunch. Double Edge doesn't do much or Aerodactyl, seeing as it is super effective against nothing, and there is no STAB involved either, not to mention the annoying recoil damage. It's too easily countered by ghosts and what not. Blissey looks fine. What's up with those weird EVs on Skarmory? Don't give it HP with an Impish nature. Actually, don't give it HP at all, give it Drill Peck, and change those EVs a little bit. Not too sure what else to say, apart from USE SHODDY! Lol. Oh I just notcied Metagross needs a different nature with two special moves. Anyways, yeah try using Shoddy, otherwise that's all I got to say.

No HP Fight at Skarmory ? TYRANITAR DANCE + TAUNT, KILL ME!

    Please,read:
    1) DON'T RATE WITHOUT PROPER KNOWLEDGE.

This bugs me the most & I put it up first. I am sick of seeing people give horrid advice that defies common sense, just so they can admit "I'm not that good at teams." If you're not good, why did you speak? "I was just trying to help." Trust me, when you give bad advice, you aren't helping anyone. In fact, you are only hurting the one you are trying to help. Like giving directions. If you don't know the way, don't give them directions that would get them lost.
Close Combat is the new standard fighting move of Heracross in D/P because Brick Break is too weak.Endure fails because of Sandstorm and Starmie's attacks are walled by Grass types.Ancientpower is special so it fails on Aerodactyl.Rock Slide and Wing Attack are useless and are now Stone Edge and Earthquake.Psychic is fail on Metagross.Metal Coat/Twistedspoon are useless.Even Life Orb is better.

    Metagross @ Choice Band
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Meteor Mash
    - Rock Slide
    - Explosion

Random EVs, eh? I simplified them a bit, though you can find better spreads.

    Aerodactyl (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Rock Head
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Double-Edge
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide

    OK

    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 212 HP / 252 Def / 46 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Aromatherapy
    - Seismic Toss
    - Softboiled
    - Toxic

    Okay, watch for McGar.

    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 12 HP / 252 Def / 244 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Rapid Spin
    - Recover
    - Surf
    - Thunderbolt

I would definitely EV it way moer in SAtk and also give it some speed.

    Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 1 Atk / 252 Def / 2 SAtk / 2 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Whirlwind
    - Spikes
    - Rest

Both your walls don't need Toxic. You can also run Drill Peck/Roar over Whirlwind/HP Flying. HP Fighting isn't very useful.

    Heracross (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Guts
    EVs: 196 HP / 252 Atk / 31 Def / 31 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Hidden Power [Ghost]
    - Focus Punch
    - Megahorn
    - Rock Slide

    No need for Earthquake here.

    For Netbattle

It actually isn't too bad, but those EVs are downright hideous. Make them divisible by 4, and then EV pokemon more in what they need.

But really, Magtrio teams downright tear you apart. Maggy can come in on most of Meta's attacks and kill it, and Skarmory can't beat it either. Dugtrio puts a hurting on Blissey and Heracross.

If you're so afraid of Tyranitar, I would get a rock resist...one that doesn't die to the other half of Tar's movepool (sorry Metagross).

Needs work. 3 CBers will work against you.

Also lalapizzame, I must say I find it ironic that you point to the rules when your rate was in the wrong generation >.>

EDIT: for that matter, I would just say if you don't know Advance, don't post. It isn't just DP without the physical/special or new pokemon. It's a TOTALLY different metagame.

Gah!Let me correct my rate without editing okay?:embarrassMAX EVs and Bold nature on Starmie really isn't needed.I would much rather run Timid/Modest with that set.Starmie won't do much to Swampert with those EVs.So put those Defense and Sp.Defense EVs into Special Attack and Speed and Thunderbolt over Thunder.I don't see any reason for 1 Attack EV,2 Special Defense Evs and 2 Sp.Attack EVs.Put all of those useless EVs into Attack for hurting Heracross and fellow fighting types more.No need to tell us the genders either,it makes no difference.RestTalk can be used over Whirlwind so it can actually do something while sleeping.Heracross really doesn't need the defense EVs.It can pump up it's Speed or HP for more sweeping instead.
