3rd Gen Jugglipuff in Emerald

I looked on Serebii for Jigglipuff, and it said its found on Route 115

Whats weird is that there is no grass on route 115 so its impossible its there.


Where exactly do i find Jigglipuff?

First go to Rusburo City, and go to the beach. Surf north from there, (keep to the left) until you get to an island. If its the one with the exit of Meter Falls then you should continue to surf north. Soon you will reach another island with some trainers. Go to the northwestern part of the island and you should find a few patches of grass, Jigglypuff is found there.

I don't know if I can find it for myself but If I try to find it, I'll post it on here again, but I think that my friend did the same technique Solopy did.
