    Hi, I'm new and I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a Pokemon Emerald ROM or any finished Hacks to play? Thanx 4 n~e help.
     
    lololololollolol wrong forum, and most sites won't (Like this, I believe) won't openly provide roms. You should probably PM people who look like they know where roms are located (Try people in the Rom/Hacking forums.)

    I know for a fact that asking for ROMs is not allowed here. But if you want help on how to make one, then you can go to the ROM Hacking/Emulation forums for help. ^_^
