Keyhole TV is a neat little free program set up by the Japanese government that allows you to watch live Japanese TV. The video/audio quality isn't the best but it's definitely watchable. Most of Japan's major stations are available along with some smaller ones and some radio stations. It's pretty nifty.

Oh and if you're interested, Pokemon Sunday comes on at 7:30 in the morning on well... Sunday THEIR time. For where I live (Texas so I'm in central time zone) it comes on at 4:30 pm Saturday.
