    Maybe this is the wrong place to ask and should be in the general, but I feel could be justified to focus from the anime only. If not, and you read this, justfocus on the question {:3}

The question is, what's your list of pokemons you consider so dangerous and/or annoying you want exterminate their entire species for The Greater Good, And Safety of Our Children?

I have no clue about the games and the manga, but I feel the threat-level of a jigglypuf is very different. In the games you likely will have not much trouble with their singing, while in the anime...
Similarly, Duskulls are told to "lure away children", but in the anime they are pretty friendly creatures, never causing more than some funny mischief.

My list at this point (start of DS):

    - beedril: they are a massive threat to their sorroundings. They always attack in large number, and they are very territorial, meaning they attack without other reason that you exist. And I don't see them making honey. Heck, does honey exist in pokeverse?
    - jigglypuff: don't think it needs an introduction. It'll make you sleep while you carry around heavy objects, trying to fix machinery, or otherwise in dangerous situation. There is nothing preventing them to make you fall asleep by accident into concrete.
    - ursaring: these psychotic bears shoot their hyperbeam at anything that moves. Sometimes even at things that don't. They also like to go after you in hordes.
    - stantler: you go into "their" forest, and they make you walk in circles until you die from starvation.
    - snorlax: they eat more than an elephant, impossible to move away, and do nothing but eat and sleep.
    - voltorb/electrode: they self-destruct anyway. Why wait until they can bring other with them too?

This could belong in Pokémon General, but we'll see how the discussion goes. If people keep the chat exclusive to the anime, there this thread is perfectly fine here :P

Ursaring is the only Pokémon that comes to mind. It seems like they are always angry whenever they appear in the anime :\ Scolipede were a lot like that too, along with Beedrill and Ariados, but they are usually provoked, whereas Ursaring do not need to be provoked.

Every Living being has the right to live even if they are dangerous creature!

Problem is,some living being (like Ursaring) disagrees you from the start.
So you either let Ursaring, and only Ursaring live, or everyone else.

So According to your theory , We should kill off all the Bear in the world since they are savage and often attack people .

    Not bears. Ursarings.

The diference is, Ursaring is not just"savage and often attacks people", but it attacks everything and everyone, without provocation, each and every time you encounter it.
Given that you'd willfully avoid Ursaring (or Beedrill), they'd take (infest) more and more territory until nothing remains but Ursarings.

Even without that imagine that your under-10 child goes against the warning playing in the nearby forest. Booom, your child just DIED. Hope you still like Ursaring though.
Same with Jigglypuff. Imagine you live in pokeverse where pokemons come and go as they pleas. Now this jigglypuff one day came into our town, and started to sing. On the bus. Because your child tought it is cute, and took with herself to the schoolbus. What hit 20 pedestrians, smashed into a building, exploded (the entire class and the driver burnt to death), and the rubbish wounded 30 more people. Hope you will not mourn too hard, because the Jigglypuff survived, and will come back!

Ursaring attack anyone that enter its territory Just like bear & Hippopotamus !
Hippopotamus are even dangerous , They even attack Motor Boat and Ship that enter their territory.
Then there is Hyena ! They are even worst then Tiger or Lion because they attack in group and eat their prey alive .
So According to your theory , We should kill off all Bear , Hippopotamus, Hyena and other predictor because they are savage and attack everything .
