In the days when Bowser was still King Koopa and Captain Lou Albano voiced Mario with the phlegmy chest register of a serial rapist from the Bronx, Mario wasn't the only guy in town with his own show. King Koopa also had a live-action children's show, aired in Spain and California, and it's so obscure that only one episode apparently exists on the VHS tape of a lone fan.

Retrojunk has a great summary of the show, which was a Bozo-like kids' show featuring games, prizes and King Koopa introducing public domain cartoons. By the way, notice that the show's not just called King Koopa's Kartoons... a no-prize to the savvy commenter who can guess why!

Oh and btw, you might notice the abbreviation is a little bit odd too! ;)

I must say that was the single most terrifyingly creepy costume i have ever seen x.X I'm gonna have nightmares tonight about retro koopa thingys xD That thing is like some kind of serial killer dino thingy, and doesn't resemble bowser in the least. Interesting find to say the least.
