I know what youre talking about, I think that's just Latias flying back to Altomare with the spirits of her brother and father. Hmm, i dunno
 
maybe you need to check it out again.....
his father? i thought latios was his father... then again, the latios in the story was maybe his dad so.. or grandad
but i thought i saw 2 latias and a latios
well...
are there actually ANY episodes where the latis are sighted?
i dont watch any pokemon on TV.. i dont get any time and i dont have Foxtel (cable)

You know, Latias are females, Latios are males.
So The Latios that was alive until the very end was her bro, the one in the legend and the soul dew was her pop. Lati's havent appeared on TV yet, although theyre on the Advanced Battle intro, for like 3 seconds lol

does that mean you can breed them on the games?
 
Nah, sadly you cant breed any legendary, even with ditto. X''O. Theyre just ... well, legendary!

if they are girl and boy arnt they?
and the main reason why you cant breed legendaries is coz they dont HAVE a gender

Well, for one thing, they mention "him" or "her" instead of "it". Besides, doesnt Latias look girly? Latios may be a little between, but we take their word for it that its a guy. :P

latias has to be a girl beacause she takes a girl form, even though it IS her best friend....
but at the end scene, does she fly away with the "shiny" latios like at the end or a real one??

well think of it latios is blue same as the boy gender sign in the games and latias is red same as the female i am telling you this
latios:male
latias:female

I have lv100 Latis too! I also have a shiny Latias (from AR tho :\ ) but she's awesome!
