2nd Gen Leaf Green at Elite 4

I am at Elite 4 and there is someone standing in the way saying that Lorelei is absent. I have googled it and answers that came up were "Go to island 4, blah blah blah.."

I can't get to island 4, the only islands I can get to are 1, 2 and 3.

Explaination?

First off, this is the wrong board, and then you need to catch 60 pokemon and talk to oak for the nat dex, then talk to whats his face in the island one pokemon center to get the pass to the other islands.

Sorry. I only realised after I posted that the small print said Leaf Green on the board above. I've caught over 60 pokemon and I went to the guy on island 1, he said I need a stone.

Then go find it, if you need more help, go to gamefaqs and check the faqs.

Go to mt.ember and find the ruby.
