What's your favorite halo game and why?
    - mine is halo 2 because its the first halo I played and I like playing as both chif and the arbiter

Never been the biggest fan of Halo, which most people already know. However, I did like the first game because it was something fairly new and interesting.

Halo 3 is my favorite. I had a lot of fun playing with friends through the campaign hundreds of time. Making thousands of forge maps made it very fun too. I never really liked the multiplayer though, only got up to the rank gunnery sergeant second before I lost interest in all the other features.

Yea forge is super important when it comes to halo, halo reach has the best forge tbh

I lost interest in Halo after the first. The second was good, but the mouse acceleration was unbearable and couldn't be disabled. The rest weren't on PC, which is a shame.
Oh... Sorry I play it on Xbox

Combat Evolved, which is still enjoyable; I have the PC version and still play occasionally. It's an intriguing game in that it possesses a health regeneration mechanic and realistic character movement speeds which later became common to most FPSs, yet everything else remains traditional in execution. I have barely played any of the series beyond the first game, but the introduction of an off-centre crosshair (with no option given to centralise it) annoys me to no end so I wouldn't care to either.

:) well put... Like I said before I play it on the box so I never played the classic pc combat evolve but I plan on it as soon as I get the chance

I guess I had the most "fun" playing Halo 3 because I played it with my friends a good bit. We played both the campaign and the multiplayer. I don't really like the Halo series (far too overrated and hyped up), but I still had some good times playing with friends. Reach is also pretty good (YAY for soloing the campaign on Legendary) as far as campaign and multiplayer.
