Lev50 leagues

Ok, I'm training my lev 50 team and I wanted some input. Here are the pokes I have so far:

I might also add tyranitar and houndoom.....but they would have to be above lev 50. I'm not sure if colloseum allows this. :disappoin
For the double-battle 50 leagues I was going to also use a Hairyama (spelling??) with Helping Hand and Fake out.

What are your thoughts?

Hmm... The team seems decent enough. Although, I have a few comments:

If you want to use Groudon's Earthquake, you might want a Flying type Pok?mon or one that has Levitate as a partner. Earthquake strikes everyone on the field (yes, even your other Pok?mon) All of your Pok?mon, except maybe Kingdra, have a very weak defense. Earthquake would probably knock them out in one hit, considering Groudon's attack is very high.

Fire Blast has an accuracy of 85, and I think that's very good considering it is the strongest Fire move. It hasn't falied me yet. Blizzard and Thunder, strongest Ice and Electricity moves, respectfully, have an accuracy of 70, which is pretty bad. (Although Thunder can always hit if it's raining.) They always fail me at the last minute.

Pok?mon Colloseam has two level requirements, level 50 and 100. So that means if you want to participate in the level 50, no one can be over level 50.

And Hariyama, you probably don't want to keep Helping Hand. It only increases your other Pok?mon's attack, not sp. attack, by one level. (out of six) Unless that other Pok?mon can also increase it's attack, Helping Hand isn't really worth keeping, unless you're planning for longe battles, and double battles aren't long as you can only use four Pok?mon. If you're willing to sacrifice a move for Fake Out (only affects one Pok?mon, not two), then you can keep it. Stinks to have it for a long battle, though.

I have a few comments. Groudon and Raichu better NOT be partners. I expect your Groudon's abillity is Drought which automatically makes it sunny. If Raichu is Groudon's partner, your powerful Thunder will be more likely to miss. Also your Groudon may have to use Earthquake which wipes out Raichu. Earthquake may also seriosly hurt your Alakazam I belive. Your Kingdra's Surf move will decrease in power when it's sunny. Groudon's Drought will last forever until someone uses something like Hail, Rain Dance or Sandstorm I think. Flamethrower for Groudon I think is better because of the sun which it summons raises the power of Fire type moves.

Uh, Drought (or Sunny Day) won't lower accuracy at all, even if it is Thunder. Only Sandstorm will. Besides, his Raichu has Thunderbolt, not Thunder. Water attacks will be weakened severely. However, all Fire moves will be strengthened, not just Flamethrower. And I'm pretty sure that Alakazam would be knocked out by Earthquake (unless it uses Reflect, then it might have the chance to survive, though not a very high one...) Other field effects would cancel out Drought, but once it's over, Drought comes into play again.

No, really. Drought will lower the accuracy of Thunder. I read it myself. But it's true, there really isn't anything to worry about that because Raichu knows Thunderbolt. Have you ever thought of teaching Kingdra Rain Dance? I'm really postive that heightens the accuracy of Thunder by a mile. Well actually Rain Dance might not be a good move because Sunny Day is way better for Groudon's use. You know, maybe your Raichu should know a never miss attack, such as Shock Wave. Also If your Raichu likes you a lot then you don't have to worry about what I'm going to say. Return maybe should be rid of until its friendship with you is filled up to the brim (or over!).

Just wondering but Dark_Alakazam, are you even paying attention to this? You better not be tricking us into arguement. Only Kidding! :laugh:
