4th Gen Levl 30 Pokemon need to up to Level 40 before Gym

Hey all, my Pokemon are all abut level 32 ish, but I want them to be Level 40 before I do them Gym in Canalave City.

I have surf and Fly, so whats the best way to level up pokemon for that gym, also is there anything I can do (mini mission etc) that I can do or place to explorer?

Iron Island is a good place to go to. Speak to the sailor by the boat in Canalave.

Yes, Iron Island is your best bet.

Some Galatic grunts to beat there and a Riolu egg to pick up.

yeh. but the trainers are 34-37, so it may take a while to get through..

riolu is awsome for the 7 and 8th gym. ^_^

Catch a gastrodon just east of canalave city, in that big patch of grass, then surf all the way through the gym!
