Apparently it wants to be difficult and hide to where I can't find it... If you give me a little more time, Ill get the sachet needed from the battle resort and Spritzee will evolve into Aromatisse when we trade.
 
I need an Aromatisse or Spirtzee aswell if someone doesn't mind trading with me.
