Hi I am new here and i need somebody who knows how to do RNG to do some things for me. I will not pay extremely high, but I will pay a good deal. I can also pay in projects for you to breed yourself. Thank you.

Unfortunately you're not allowed to do things for a price here because that's against our goods and services rule. :( However paying in terms of Pokemon is completely fine by the forum and is encouraged!
Try out this thread though, these users RNG and if you contact them personally they may be able to help you. I don't think asking directly in the thread is the greatest idea, though.
Either way, Black and White is only for discussion of the games and not RNG related things, sorry!
