For Starters, you cannot ask for Arceus, and Second, I have a Shiny Jolly Rayquaza, would that Qualify? (Untouched ofcourse)

its lvl 100. raikou is untouched lvl 50. i also have a shiny groundon untouched lvl 70. or maybe shiny ev trained gallade lvl 100.
