Um, well, I'd say make your own layout, and get off Freewebs. For a shrine like that, you can make a very nice little layout easily.
 
Um, well, I guess you'd have to learn HTML. If you don't know how to make a website, go to the Resources listing in the Webmasters' Resources sub-forum and visit one of the free layouts sites there.
 
I like the content but as JA said, get off freewebs and start up own XD

lol, I have to learn html at my school, so, if you ever study computer stuff at school, you better be paying attention!
