    Yeah, we rock, and you suck :P - Pretty much sums up the lineups.

    Pity I can't go or anything...although I will be watching it on TV, not like it'll be the same or anything :(

    I'm jealous too, almost all singers from MX are distorting the world image towards our country

    Look at that... Coldplay, The Killers, and U2 are all in the UK... and I'm supposed to have Will Smith as a host in US Live8? Geez.. disgrace...

    They did in Live Aid, and if you have satellite or cable, there'll probably be the ability to switch between the two or something.

    In the original one, I think nearly every channel was showing it, but it'll probably be only the Music channels, and the free TV channel that coughs up the most money that'll get it.

    EDIT: Scrap that, it's being shown by BBC 1 and 2 in UK (probably for Europe and America), and BBC World Service in the US. The site says "partner broadcasters in Europe and America will also be working" to broadcast it, but no names are mentioned.

    Okay, that's cool...

    I remember watching the DVD of the first Live Aid when U2 stole the show by playing "Bad" for 6 min. straight... o.o (Bono's mullet was scary back then... flying around his head...and stuff... scary... x.x)

    There is no next year... internet rumours are getting even stupider -_- The only one after the ones on July 2nd is the one in Scotland for when the G8 members visit Glen...something to discuss aid giving.

    o_o; I have to honestly say that I've never heard of this concert up until now ;-;
