MysticFlames from SPP did the original drawing...I just colored it. What do you think? Cool, huh? That's supposed to be a younger version of me on the Pok?mon.

I only did the coloring. Someone else drew it in black-and-white, just pencil. All I did was color it.

Since you said you only did the colouring, I'll comment on that ^^
The colouring in general is very good, and all the colours are right! :D The only thing I'd suggest is to shade more fully so that the colours don't have areas of white in them and they look like a single, solid colour. ^^ But I see you have some shaded areas in there, and they appear to be in the right places, so that's good! *hugs* Keep it up!!

Hehe, now I have a Suicune Rider! This one turned out better than the Raikou I think. I only did the coloring.

^Oooh, awesome! I can't draw Raikou/color no matter how much I try T.T The only thing I'd change is to add a bit more shading. But it's better than I'll ever do, so great job! :)
